John Hegnes has over forty years experience creating innovative and engaging spaces for a wide variety of clients. The work ranges from very custom residential to light commercial projects. Each project is unique, as each client and situation provides unique opportunity.
Mr. Hegnes earned his degree in architecture from Carnegie Mellon University. In addition he has extensive experience in managing construction projects from his thirty years of owning and operating his own successful general contracting business. This gives him a unique insight into construction, costs, and contract management. It is also a very valuable tool in negotiating and working with contractors and mechanics.
